The Ottawa ShareClub is a nonprofit organization. It is not an investment club.

Being a confident and successful investor is both challenging and difficult in the best of times! Making informed decisions pertaining to life style changes or events, can be filled with pitfalls that cannot be changed.

Your participation in the Ottawa ShareClub may assist you in expanding your knowledge pertaining to life cycle events and issues with a focus on investing. You are invited to share your knowledge and experiences with likeminded individuals. You are also invited to join the steering committee…your input, suggestions and leadership will be greatly appreciated!

At our up-coming meeting, you will connect with people who have similar interests who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. Take a look at our upcoming December 10 summary agenda.

Tony Petermann will lead a ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION on year end portfolio housekeeping i.e: tax loss selling, performance measurement, asset allocation and portfolio re-balancing. Your input, comments and participation in a lively discussion will be appreciated and be of benefit to all!

MAIN TOPIC - YOUR FINAL WISHES WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING; topics include Power of Attorney(s), Proactive estate planning strategies(before death), minimizing probate fees, income taxes....  As  an executor, know your legal duties and responsibilities.
